customer satisfaction. As a means to monitor the quality of
service we regularly poll our clients with "Customer
Satisfaction" questionnaires upon the completion of the
project in order to obtain information which will help us
to assess our strengths and weakenesses, and to make any necessary
adjustmentsˆä-- guaranteeing continued superior service into
