Since I founded SyNet in 1987 the
world of telecommunications has become a very complex and
competitive place. First there was the advent of the PC followed
by LANs/WANs and Wireless. Then came the break up of AT&T
and the world of telephony became a free marketplace and that
was followed by the explosion we have come to know as the
"Internet". Now we all face the challenge of "Convergence".
Over the past decade and a half of providing technology solutions
for our clients we have learned much that only experience
can teach. For instance we know that a strong foundation is
needed in an industry that changes literally every five minutes.
That strong foundation should consist not only of a team of
