There are four specific phases
associated with SyNet, Inc.’s offering. The essence of
these phases can be defined as the 4D’s:
Define~Design~Deploy~Document
This phase of the project
serves to define the "VISION."
The IT Architect meets with
the client to define the following:

most in need of being automated or enhanced
• Budgeting issues
• Overall size and scope
of the project
• Timelines and Phasing issues
• Most cost efficient types of products and services
to be offered
• Obsolescence prevention strategies
